After more than 40 years of diplomatic relation, Vietnam-Japan partnership has been growing and now is in the best period in history. Japan has become one of the most important strategic partner of Vietnam; and leaders of the two countries regularly have meetings and discussion about the comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, especially the economic – commercial and investment cooperation; which has opened up new business and investment waves from Japan into Vietnam.
As of June 2017, Japan ranked the second largest investor (2/120 countries and territories investing in Vietnam) with 3,443 projects and more than $46 billion of total registered investment capital. Japanese investors’ projects are carried out in many fields such as manufacturing and processing, real estate business, producing and distributing electricity, gas and water, etc. and mainly concentrated in some provinces such as Hai Phong, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Thanh Hoa, Ha Nam, Hai Duong, etc.
In this context, we, BTD, with the mission as the bridge connecting and promoting investment and business activities between Japan and Vietnam, providing investment consultancy services and support for enterprise operation, commit ourselves to always improve service quality to the best support Japanese investors and enterprises in Vietnam as well as support Vietnamese enterprises planning to expand investment and doing business in Japan market. With establishment of BTD Square in Hanoi – Vietnam in 2016 and BTD Square in Naha – Japan in 2017, BTD members will try our best with the aim to improve service quality to support Japanese investors in Vietnam and Vietnamese enterprises in Japan for their success.
