Technical infrastructure
Road system
Widths of main road system of the IZ are 30m and 23.25m. Branch road’s width is 17.5m. The road system in the industrial park is completely asphalted with concrete and is illuminated by modern high pressure lamps.
Electricity
Power supply for Phuc Dien Industrial Zone is from 110 KV transmission line to the transformer station with capacity of 110/35 KV. From the transformer station, electricity is supplied to the fence of the plant by 35 KV underground cable.
Water
Water supply for the industrial zone is taken from Cam Giang Water Treatment Plant with a capacity of about 4,400 m3/day and night.
Telecommunication system
The internal telecommunication network is connected from the industrial zone’s switchboard to factories through the underground cable system to ensure high-speed, uninterrupted transmission of information. Other services such as the Internet, mail, newspapers … are provided by the postal service network of Hai Duong province.
Waste treatment
Solid waste from factories in the IZ will be classified, collected and transported to Hai Duong City’s dumping site.
Wastewater treatment
All production and domestic wastewater shall be firstly treated by the enterprise to match minimum level C before discharging to the common wastewater system of the industrial zone, then the industrial park will continue to treat wastewater to match standard level B before discharging into Sat River with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day.
Social infrastructures
Security in the industrial zone
Phuc Dien IZ has established a police station near the IP to ensure order and security. Professional security forces have the responsibility to maintain security and order in the IP, ensure the security and safety of the factories in the IP and protect the employees, and well manage and protect foreign employees working and residing in the area. These advantages creates a favorable environment to attract investment and create favorable conditions for enterprises in the industrial zone to develop their business operation.
Fire protection system:
The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 120m -150m with a diameter of D125mm.
Landscape:
Green trees are planted and taken care of in accordance with approved planning to ensure green – fresh – beautiful industrial zone.
